本契約にいう「機密情報」とは、本契約書の下に一方の当事者が他方に対し開示する情報及び当該情報を含んでいる有形資料の全てを意味する。	"Confidential Information" as used in this Contract means all information disclosed by one party to the other under this Agreement and any tangible material containing such information.
被開示者は、機密情報を機密として保持し、開示者の同意がない限り第三者にこれを開示・漏洩してはならない。	The Disclosed Party shall maintain the Confidential Information as confidential and shall not disclose or divulge the Confidential Information to any third party without the consent of the Disclosing Party.
