成果物とは、本契約に基づき作成され、乙が甲に納入するものの全てをいう。	Deliverables shall mean all things executed hereunder and delivered to XXX by YYY.
原始資料とは、「添付資料I」に指定された資料であって、本件業務の遂行の過程で、甲が乙に提供する資料をいう。	Original Material means the material specified in Exhibit I and provided to YYY by XXX in the course of performing the Service.
乙は、甲が指定する仕様書どおりの特徴を有するソフトウェアが開発されていること、及び、乙が甲に納品する成果物には、不良品や瑕疵がないことを甲に保証し、この保証は成果物の納品日から1年間有効とする。	YYY warrants to the XXX that the Software has been developed with the characteristics specified by XXX and that the Deliverables delivered to XXX by YYY are free from defects and defects, which warranty shall be valid for one year from the date of delivery of the Deliverables.
成果物に含まれるソフトウエアが、甲の指定する仕様書に従ったものではなく、かつ、このことが乙の起因する原因によるときは、乙は、前項に基づく保証期間中は、乙の単独の費用と責任において、ソフトウェア上の過誤の訂正・補修等を行う。	In the event that the software contained in the Deliverables does not conform to the specifications designated by the XXX and this is attributable to YYY, YYY shall, at YYY's sole cost and responsibility during the term of the guarantee under the preceding paragraph, correct and repair software errors.
